JESSICA ALBA has been left distressed by reports that cosmetic surgeons in China have offered to perform numerous free procedures on a girl desperate to look like the actress.
A 21 year old, known only as Xiaoqing, is allegedly willing to transform her looks to try and win back her former boyfriend, whose favourite actress is Alba.
The 28 year old man's obsession with the Fantastic Four star went so far, he adorned his home with snaps of her and insisted his girlfriend don blonde wigs to look more like the actress.
And after surgeons in Shanghai offered to perform a cosmetic overhaul for free, a sickened Alba has reached out to the girl - telling her not to go under the knife.
She tells Associated Press, "I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they'll love you no matter what."
