Will Lindsay Lohan be Mrs. Ronson before 2009?

Conflicting reports from Hollywood have further stoked the blazing rumor frenzy currently surrounding Lindsay Lohan and her alleged fiancé DJ Samantha Ronson.

The latest developments in the Ronson Lohan affair are that there are no developments. Despite clues that the pair could be engaged, Lohan's publicist denies there is any truth in the rumours.

Although last week's reports that the two will marry were rejected by Lohan's publicist, a suspicious heart shaped ring spotted on Lohan's ring finger and a curiously named Facebook account imply there could be some truth in the rumours.Lindsay Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane refuted rumours that Ronson and Lohan will be married, describing them as "ridiculous" in an email to abc news . A ring spotted on Lohan's wedding finger seems to suggest otherwise, and the star also reportedly created a facebook profile with the name Lindsay Ronson earlier this year. According to partygoers at one of Samantha Ronson's gigs last week she said during her set: “By the end of this year, my love will be Mrs. Ronson!"

Perhaps the gossip mills will be churning away for a while longer before it is clear if the same-sex-celebrity wedding bells are going to ring in Hollywood again before New Year.
